Swissotel arrives in Kiev

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is building a new luxury hotel in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital , which will be inaugurated in mid- 2012. The management contract between Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and the KDD Group (one of the leading real estate companies on the Ukrainian market and investment ) has already been signed . Swissôtel The future of Kiev will be part of a building with many offices , divided in two towers of 34 and 47 floors, overlooking the Peremogy Avenue, a central and not far from the main railway station. The hotel has 513 standard rooms and one suite with a minimum size of 43 square meters , 14 apartments , conference rooms and a spa to accommodate guests during the European Football Championship 2012. Provided an elegant evening restaurant , a restaurant serving all day (Denver Hotels) , a lobby lounge and bar.
