As far as I am concerned, fly fishing in taupo is up there amongst the best in the world, possibly even the best, and I don’t say this just because I caught some good fish there but because I have travelled the world and fished in every spot I could and this pretty much out did the others. I had been told by some mates that they thought there were lots of great spots throughout the country but I could not get over just how good it was until I actually got there and experienced it for myself. I am already planning my next trip there as it really was that good.
