The Trouble with Satellite TV Reviews

The biggest problem with satellite TV reviews is that they are written by humans. Sometimes humans can feel one way at one point in time, but that can change really quickly. This means that a lot of the reviews can be positive about a certain thing, but they can change to negative quite quickly. Small experiences are also things that can make a person write a review from a certain point of view. One single interaction with a bad customer service representative can make a person write a review about the whole service in a negative light. Be careful about this when you are reading these reviews.
