The Legalities of a Cell Phone Jammer

If you are wanting to purchase a cell phone jammer, you will have to purchase one online, or go to Europe or Asia. You won’t find one at your local electronic stores. That is because, unless you are government personnel, it is illegal for you to buy one of these little gadgets in the United States, Europe, and some parts of Asia. If you were to somehow acquire one, it would be hard to track you down, but if you were caught by the Federal Communications Committee (FCC), you may receive a fine of $11,000.00. This is probably not really worth the risk.
