iPhone 3GS sold out in Italy

October 29th, 2009

The iPhone sold out everywhere when it first came out, but the iPhone 3GS has been out for quite sometime and it’s still seeing shortages, especially overseas. It seems like supply is very low in international markets which is causing shortages. Analyst reports in Italy have shown that the Italian carrioer iPhone 3GS Accessories, 3 Italia, is selling about 20,000 iPhones per month in Italy. But could be selling double that if is wasn’t for the shortages. How long will these shortages last? Many experts thing that will go away very soon enough as production of the iPhone speeds up.
