Make Sure You Do Your Check Points When Rock Climbing

The key to rock climbing without injury is making sure you are safe, and one easy way to make sure you are safe is to have check points for climbing and when you bale.

You should check to make sure you harrness is double backed, and that you knots are tied correctly with the 10 and X rules.  Also if you own you own equipment and bought Cheap Rock Climbing Shoes make sure that they do not have tears, and that they fit your feet correctly.

Also, be sure that your ropes are not worn and are in good condition, and if you follow these safety tips you will can climb knowing that your are safe.
