How to Increase Vertical Jump: An Obtainable Skill

If you’ve ever played basketball at a high level, or even at the high school or recreation level, you know how important it is to have a strong jumping ability. As I progress in my own basketball skills training I’ve learned a few techniques along the way in How to Increase Vertical Jump. To begin with, you have to understand the basics behind jumping in the first place: muscle strength and muscle flexibility. Both of these properties of muscles can be increased with a set of proven exercises and drills. Just make sure that what you are doing has been certified and tested because the last thing you want to do is train wrong.
