How To Improve Your Golf

If you play sport then you will be aware that there are fashions as to how many people play. For example when Wimbledon is on TV in the UK you suddenly see people in parks hitting tennis balls about for a few weeks. And when the US Open golf is on, the golf courses suddenly fill up. It is worth remembering that although doing this can help your fitness levels, by dabbling in a sport for a short period of time, you are likely to strain muscles. It could be worth just taking a few tennis or golf lessons (or whatever sport you are doing) just to make sure that you know how to warm up and down properly and how to make sure that you protect your body from injury.
