A Titanium Ring with a Diamond

I was at the park the other day with a friend of mine, and I noticed what a beautiful wedding band she has. It is a titanium ring, with a single diamond in the middle. It’s very simple and elegant, and I commented on it. She thanked me, and then gave a little laugh. I asked her what was funny, and she said that when her husband had first given her the ring, she had hated it! But of course she didn’t want to hurt her then fiance’s feelings, and so she started wearing it. She said the longer she wore it, the more it grew on her, and now she can’t believe she ever disliked it!
