Asking My Boss For A Week Off From Work

When I got to work last Monday, I went to my boss, Joe’s, office. I asked Joe if I would be able to take a week off of work the following month. After Joe said that I could have the week off, he asked me what I was going to be doing. I told him that my sister, Kim, just had breat augmentation in NYC. I told him that I wanted to see her since she just had the surgery.
