Make Legal Secretary Training Difficult

If there was one secret that my friend who is a very successful legal secretary is that she went through a very rigid Legal Secretary Training.  She told me that the hardest experience she was able to go thru is that training.  She would cry buckets and buckets of tears at night after work, at home.  Or there were times when she would want to cry but is so very tired to be able to do so.  She dropped 10 lbs from that training alone and she said that although that training was hard it was also essential as it was her training ground for her work pace, her attitude towards work and her work load.  Now everything that comes her way is just a breeze because nothing will ever pass what she went thru during that training.
