I think I might try taking fish oil

My family has a history of strokes. I know that I am at risk, so I take precautions to hopefully help prevent me from having a stroke myself. I do not smoke, and I keep an eye on my blood pressure. I have it checked by my family doctor often, and I check it myself on a daily basis as well. I think I might try taking fish oil pills I have heard that they are great in reducing your risk of stroke, and with a family history like mine, I need all the help I can get. So I’ll ask my doctor.
