My grand daddy died three weeks ago and I found out that I was named executor of his estate. I am just 25 years old and I really don’t have much business experience in settling an estate. None of my friend know what is involved in settling an estate. So I decided to pull out my laptop and check the wide world web the first thing I search for in Google was settling an estate and bingo I found a site called settling an estate. The site had important information on what my fiduciary duties are it was a little scary. I also learned that settling an estate can take up to a year to complete.
