Flat and hard stomach looking good!

Keep working on achieving a flat stomach.  It will become a reality in due time.  The more time you allow yourself  to get there, the more apt you are to be able to keep that tummy flat and trim.

Some cardio workouts will give you the extra ammunition to get there and stay in top condition.  You will be less likely to gain the layer of fat back when you burn your way to it by some strenuous exercise program that works for you.

Warm up before you exercise.  It stretches the muscles, letting them know they must work.  Some basic aerobics will get you off to a good start.  Brisk walks, jogging to the store or neighbors, climb some stairs, or maybe swim at the gym.
