Do You Have To Speak Spanish?

A few jobs I applied for they say “Must speak Spanish.” I know some Spanish but not enough to apply for a job that says must speak Spanish, I’m not that fluent just yet. I wish I started to learn Spanish at a younger age then what I am now. I’m only 25 but I feel my best language learning days are over. Spanish is the most common language to besides English I think. I know if I do learn Spanish on a fluent level I will have more job opportunities. In these times the more job opportunities the better, times are touch.
