You may have 200 friends. No matter how great your network you probably only know a few experts in one particular area. You may only have one or two experts out of your 200 friends. Now think about social media because people put everything on a page and save it. Here’s one squidoo page about GoDaddy created by one individual and has been posted online. Your friends may become tens of thousands online as opposed to hundreds. While friends online in your daily friends may be different you can still obtain their expertise. You get the idea. Hence why not join a social network or at the very least learn how to search one. If you can search the content and you can get the best info from those who know the most.
