When we think of directories today, most of us think of internet directories used in the same context as internet search engines and a good example would be the Home Relocation Directory. A home relocation directory would be used by people who are looking for real estate in a certain area, or state with certain amenities, or size, etc. A type of listing is called a directory, and a home relocation directory would be used for locating a certain type of real estate that a person might be looking for. Directories are used on the internet for finding information and basically is a listing of items like stores, vacation rentals, boats, dentists, etc. A directory could be used for almost any subject and they are heavily used on the internet and a websites placement within a directory on the internet is a very important factor in the website’s ratings.
