Cutting Boards

I guess that when I cook my famous gourmet meals and I’m asked about the most important tool in my kitchen, most are surprised by my answer.
I guess I have a love for fine wood crafted cutting boards and wouldn’t be in the kitchen without one.
Unlike factory made cutting boards, these fine Myrtlewood cutting boards are a joy to use and a beautiful kitchen display.
I usually hate having anything left on my kitchen counters, but these cutting boards are the exception.
With the most beautiful wood in the world on constant display in my kitchen, I realize I have made a wise choice in the purchase.
