Are You An Employee Whistleblower

February 3rd, 2008

Coming from an HR perspective, it is always important to know what’s going on in the company.  Everything should be transparent.  But not everything is transparent especially if you have a union.  If you have a union, I suggest you should also have an Employee Whistleblower.  Without this, you will not know what is going on with the staff. And I must say, being in HR makes you a whistleblower too, that’s your job since you are the one informing management what’s going on.  Nobody would take it negatively.  Let’s put it this way, without the whistleblowers, issues would not be brought up.
