What Makes Gourmet Coffee Gourmet

Coffee is enjoyed everyday by people everywhere. People buy gourmet coffee online by the masses due to it’s great taste. It is grown around the world, with Brazil being tops in the growing field. Coffee is grown and harvested basically the same everywhere. But, like other things, you have coffee and then you have gourmet coffee! Gourmet coffee becomes “gourmet” due to the roasting process. All coffee goes through this process, but it is the way the roasting process takes place that makes coffee just regular coffee or gourmet. Roasting coffee beans is a crucial process that has to be done correctly or the coffee may turn out too strong, weak, or bitter.
