The exchange rates Joe talked about

On Tuesday morning I was feeling pretty good as I walked into the coffeehouse where I always get my morning brew. Teddy, the owner, servenod me with his usual smile and good humor. As I sat down I noticed that Joe, a guy from the gym I belong to, was sitting there enjoying some coffee that smelled great. Joe and I got to talking about the different stocks that he was getting into. He also mentioned to me a place that had the best exchange rates. I always liked talking with Joe because I always learn something that can better my own financial situation.
