How Can I Get a Prepaid MasterCard for My Kids?

Jason and Katherine have been thinking about ways that they could have their kids carry some money around with them. They did not like the idea of them carrying cash. Jason was telling Katherine that he had seen a website where you could get a prepaid mastercard and put funds into it. Katherine told Jason that they needed to find out what the details were and how it was controlled. Jason agreed and decided to find the website where he could get the cards. After reading all about the prepaid cards, he ordered a couple for the kids and transferred funds to the cards.
