Your Local Animal Hospital Is Doing Its Part To Help Pets In Need

The Toronto Humane Society does a great job of caring for stray and abused animals but they are not the only ones who have to deal with these sad cases.  Vets also often take in dogs and cats that have either been abandoned by their owners or from those who can no longer care for their pets.  Their are many websites that advertise animals for adoption and you can easily get lists that allow you to locate a Toronto animal hosptial that is trying to find a new and caring home for them.  Many animal hospitals will also donate their time or facilities to help the humane society since space and manpower is always at a premium.  This is just one example of how veterinarians do more than just give your dog their shots.
