Millionaires Who Give Money to Help People in Need

Some people wonder if it is a myth that there are millionaires who give money to help people in need. It is not a myth, and you will see a lot of people in the news that give money away to strangers that they do not know.
At Christmas time, for example, you will see secret Santas wondering around places that they usually do not go to and hand $100 bills to strangers.
There are definitely charitable minded people but it is up to them when to give what they want to give and when they want to give, and it is not up to the recipient to demand what is needed.
