Maybe Weddings Aren’t so Bad After All

I love to eat. I love all kinds of food and drink, but I especially love candy. I could eat it all day. I do not, however, like weddings. They bore me, and I hate crowds. So I usually make some excuse to avoid them. But when my brother got married, I couldn’t get out of going quite so easily. I was pretty grouchy, until I sat down at my table and noticed an edible wedding favor. It tasted so delicious that it almost made sitting through the ceremony worth it. Maybe weddings aren’t so bad after all. At least you get to eat sweets.
