Home sales on the rise in Sandy

In the last two weeks there has been a drastic increase in homes going under contract, that means homes that should be closing in the next two to four weeks, here in the Sandy area.

All in all, the housing crunch hasn’t really affected Sandy, home sales have only barely dropped, however the sharp increase in contracts is proof the the area is growing forward amidst the general economic turmoil.
