Good, Honest People

I own my own small business and have been looking for a new employee. However, there has been times in the past that I hired someone I thought was trustworthy, only to find out later that they stole from me. I don’t want to have to go through something like that again so I have started looking at the criminal public records to make sure that the person I hire is someone I can trust. Because my business is small and I see my employees often, I want to feel comfortable knowing that all of them are good, honest people.
