Friend Seeks Legal Advice

My husband’s best friend was involved in an accident.  He was innocently driving through an intersection where he had the right of way, when a person driving the other way did not stop and hit my husband’s friend right into the driver’s side door which sent the vehicle into a spiral spin and both vehicles landed on an embankment.  My husband’s friend was unconscious when the police and ambulance personnel arrived.  The friend survived and decided to call an accident attorney to see if there is anything that could be covered that his insurance didn’t cover by the other driver, since it was the other drivers fault.  We are waiting to see what this lawyer has to say.
