Do you understand your own personality type?

Many people fail to establish solid dating relationships for the simple reason that they do not understand themselves very well. Many of these same people seem to believe that a solid understanding of your own personality isn’t really necessary — after all it’s just lunch that I’m seeing this person for, so why make all the effort? But the simple fact is that if you do not understand yourself, you will never be able to help others to understand you either — and if the other person has difficulty in discovering who you really are, they may very well decide to move on to someone else. If you are not sure that you understand your own personality type very well, you can take a professional assessment which will give you some basic information — your psychological profile, so to speak.
