Catalog Sells Cheap Engagement Rings

I often get a lot of catalogs in the mail. Most of them I had never heard of and I often wonder why I get so many. One day I got a jewelry catalog filled with very inexpensive jewelry. I got to a section that was selling very cheap engagement rings.  I mean very cheap, like $100 or less. They claimed to be made of real diamonds, but I have a hard time believing it. They were probably cubic zirconia that can and many times do look like real diamonds. But, I am not sure how they could get away with that, so they must be real.
