Tim Hires Attorney

The wage and hour attorney in Lubbock that Tim talked seems very knowledgeable about labor laws, and I think Tim is going to hire him to represent him and several other employees. My husband Tim, as well as some of the other guys, have been putting in a lot of overtime lately but are not being paid for all of it. This isn’t right, and something has to be done immediately. Tim feels better, though, after talking to the attorney.
