Challenging A Traffic Ticket

After my neighbor told me the story about his traffic ticket in cape coral, I suggested to him that he should challenge the ticket. If the officer didn’t show up to court, he’d get the ticket thrown out or if he could convince the judge that he wasn’t guilty, he could get the ticket nullified also. He thought that was a wonderful idea. He just told me that he has a court date for the ticket next week. I’m hoping it goes well for him.
