Wood Burning Furnace come in a lot of different sizes. Taking into account the size furnace that you will need will not only maximize your efficiency but will also make sure that you are not spending more than whats necessary on wood to run it. Most furnaces are placed in a basement so that all of the warm air is displaced into the home above but, if you are in a smaller home that has no basement because of size or water table, there are still options for you as well. There is no need to pay higher heating bills just because your home sits on flat land.
