What is the best dog food?

When you get a new puppy you get pretty excited to feed him. You enter the grocery store or warehouse store looking for food in bulk because dogs can really pack it down, and buying that big bag is just economical. But when you get to the shelf you start to realize that their are about a hundred companies that are vested in your dogs best health and now the real hard decision comes to what brand should I buy? Well it all depends on what stage your dog is in, what his needs are i.e. is his coat in need of healthy repair? Their is alot to think about in dog food.
