What is off the plan?

January 13th, 2009

The phrase may sound weird to the people who are not in the real estate business but it is not at all alien to those who are well acquainted with the real estate business. The term off the plan is used to represent a property which is not built on ground. It is just the blueprints which are developed which can be termed as drawings as well. The brain wave of the architect is not developed into the reality and exits only in the paper form. Such properties are easy to buy as you known that you don’t have to visit the complete property and even can strike a deal for such property on a cup of coffee.
