Time to Buy

Let’s be honest, our economy really stinks right now.  But we can’t deny the fact that it is a really great time to buy a home, especially if you can find one that is going into foreclosure, or has been repo-ed. One of the main things that comes along with buying a house is researching and buying home insurance.  With so many options that are available, you want to take into account the many different factors that will affect what your premium will be.  If your house needs a lot of work, generally you will end up paying more for your insurance.
