Milton Real Estate Is Going Through Some Tough Times

The town of Milton Ontario has been a thriving and growing community. In fact back in 2006 it was considered the faster growing community in all of Canada.  That spurred a building boom in the Milton real estate market.  However times have changed and now many home owners who are trying to sell are finding it very difficult if not impossible.  Currently there are about fourteen thousand homes in Milton and about fifteen hundred of them are for sale.  That’s one in forty homes for sale.  Compare that to Toronto’s one in two hundred and sixty homes for sale and you can quickly see that they are having a bit of a tough time.
