Mashed Potatoes Out of This World

My mother in law is such a wonderful cook. She makes so many wonderful dishes, but my favorite dish she makes is her mashed potatoes recipe. I have eaten many different types of mashed potatoes but hers are absolutely out of this world. They are so creamy and have just enough butter for flavor. She uses such unique spices that complement each other. Each bit is like heaven and they melt in your mouth.  I love spending the holidays with my in laws because I know that the mashed potatoes will always be served.  It a family favorite and will be every holiday.
