I’m going to buy a couple couch slipcovers.

My husband and I recently added on to our home. Sometimes, the kids didn’t want to watch the same television show that my husband and I were watching. Sometimes, they didn’t want to watch television at all. They wanted to play video games instead. We do no allow them to have televisions or video game consoles in their rooms. Their rooms are for doing homework and sleeping. If they had televisions and video game consoles in their rooms, they may be tempted to watch television or play video games when they are supposed to be doing homework or sleeping. We added a family room on to the house. When my husband and I are watching television in the living room, the kids can watch a different program or play video games in the family room, providing their homework is done, and it is not past their bedtime. I’m going to buy a couple couch slipcovers. Until we can afford to buy new furniture for the family room, we put two used couches in there. They are in good shape, but they have a few, rips, tears, and snags in the upholstery. Slipcovers will hide the imperfections.
