Is it really possible to pay off a mortgage in less than five years? Yes! In reality, living mortgage free is possible for around 95% of ordinary homeowners. It makes you wonder why more people don’t make the effort to pay the house off. I’m sure you could find something to do with all that spare cash when the mortgage is finally cleared.

People who are working towards living mortgage free keep it to themselves for fear of being mocked. The laugh is on them though because there are thousands of their neighbours who are doing it every year.

Nowadays homeowners are being encouraged by their lenders to pay off their mortgages as soon as possible. Why? Because they’ve got another satisfied customer. Free from indebtedness and on the verge of living mortgage free – what a feeling that will be!
