Renters insurance is a must have for anyone leasing a rented space, This way the tenant will be protected by law should an unfortunate event were to happen, such as theft, natural disaster, and vandalism, just to cite a few examples. A general definition of what is renters insurance would be a type of a home insurance policy that specifically caters to the needs of tenants who are leasing a living space. A policy will typically will provide coverage for a variety of items. A few examples would be theft, natural disasters, water damage, plus many more items including personal property damage and liability coverage.
