Finally Got My Own Place!

I’ve lived at home all my life but when I turned 30, I decided it was time to find my own place. I was originally going to rent a flat but my parents convinced me that it was just wasted money. I could be paying off a mortgage instead of just losing money in rent. So I decided to buy and I think it was a good decision. I worked out how much home loan amortization I could afford and then applied for my mortgage. Surprisingly I got accepted straight away and found my home even before I got approved. I’m so happy and I wish I did it years ago!
