Enough Sleep

Around the holidays I tend to get less sleep than I usually do and of course I feel the affects and get stressed out. What I did not realize was going on as well is that I was opening myself up to more panic attacks when my defenses were down due to low sleep. It seems like there was a lower immunity against them in my body when I was deprived of sleep. When I looked it up online I noticed that one of the suggestions for effective treatmetn for panic attacks was to make sure that you get adequate sleep. I will have to try to plan better around the holidays.
