Dog eats Homer

People need to learn to train their pets.  I just read a story about how a dog almost died after eating a Home Simpson toy.  If you are going to be a pet owner, you need to train your animals about what they can and cannot chew or eat.  And if the animal is not trained, do not leave toys like these out from the pets to get a hold of and chew or eat.  It just breaks my heart when I hear stories like this.  I have had dogs all my life, and they have always been well trained.  I have never had to deal with a dog eating something they shouldn’t have.
