Advice for first time home buyers

Walking through home inspections to prospect for a new home can be an overwhelming experience. Most people simply do not know what to look for or the type of questions to ask. When I mentioned this to a friend recently he suggested that I use the internet to prepare. He mentioned using a resource that provides some great advice for first time home buyers. I came away with a list of questions to ask when buying a house. There are a few things to watch out for and some important considerations that must be addressed. Knowing this can keep you out of trouble and save you money.
