A Special Modern Dining Table

I used to work at a granite and marble company. They usually did counter tops, islands, and mainly stuff you find in your kitchen. When I first got interviewed we sat in the business room. There was this huge table that could sit up to sixteen people. It was made of black marble, very heavy and sturdy. It could have definitely been used for a modern dining table. I later found out that it was made because one of the slabs of marble got scratched, so they just turned it into a table instead of throwing it away. This was such a great idea and could be used to make that special modern dining table everyone dreams of.
