A Proctor Sandwich Toaster is a kitchen appliance to make things easier particularly used worldwide for toasting slices of breads. Toaster ovens are of several brand and sizes manufactured by different branded and unbranded companies. It is widely used in restaurants, hotels, as well as for home purposes. Pastries are toasted in toaster. It is affordable for home as well as business purpose because it consumes less electricity, i.e. normally 600 watts to 1200 watts. The preparation of toasted breads and pastries consume less time varying from the nature of the product anywhere from one to three minutes. Usually, we can find three varieties of toasters in markets but there are other kinds too such as conveyor toasters, toaster ovens, popup toasters. A common toaster used for home purposes is an automatic or popup toasters where slice breads are inserted on the top of the toaster. It contains a lever in the side of the toaster which is meant to be pushed down to toast breads. It turns off automatically after the bread is fully tested and the toasted bread is popped out of the toaster.
