My Fathers Thrift Savings Plan Tsp, Looking For Information .

My Dad works for the government and he keeps talking about his Thrift Savings Plan Tsp. I have no clue what he is talking about but it does sound like it is very nice. He talks like it resembles a 401k, but then again, I could be misunderstanding. Whatever it is, I am going to have to talk to him about it, as he will need to access it at some point. He has been having a few memory problems, even though he is too young for dementia. So, I better be figuring it out soon, or it may be lost forever!
