If you are considering having liposuction then it is important that you not only think about whether the treatment is good for you but you also look at the risks of liposuction. You need to bear in mind that the treatment may nit be successful and there are a number of things to consider. You may not be pleased with the results – even if you look as you expected to afterwards, you may find that it doesn’t change your life in perhaps the way that you had hoped. There is of course the risk that it may not make you look as good as you had hoped and there are even cases where the scarring and other medical problems have actually led to the patients looking worse afterwards, although of course this is rare. You also need to think carefully about any effects that the general anesthetic may have on you, especially if you suffer from disease or high blood pressure.
