What are the Health Benefits of Chocolate

The health benefits of raw cacao have been known to us for some time now, but there is more to chocolate that we need to know. For instance, chocolate and cacao are not actually the same. There is a clear distinction between commercial chocolate which has little or no health benefits at all and organic dark chocolate, ideally with no added sugar. Consider consuming chocolate containing a minimum of 70 percent pure cocoa. Avoid added sugar and artificial sweeteners and milk fat to fully gain the natural anti-cancer benefits of cocoa and the best form in which you can consume cocoa is its most pure form: Raw Cacao.
